From Phone Light to Game-Changer: My First Olight Experience
I am Yusuf, a new fan of Olight!
I got my first Olight just a few months ago: the Olight Baton 4 Premium Edition with the green case—and I didn’t realize it then, but that purchase would actually change my life.
As someone who hikes regularly, I often find myself on trails past sunset. I used to rely on my phone’s flashlight, thinking it was “good enough.” But more often than not, I’d end my hikes with a drained phone and poor visibility. It wasn’t until one evening, when I passed a fellow hiker with a compact light beaming from their hat, that I saw what I was missing. Now, it’s with me every day. I clip it to my hat for night hikes, use moonlight mode as a bedside lamp, bring it camping, and even use it during bedtime story sessions with my kids. The brightness, runtime, and overall quality blew me away—and my phone flashlight? Let’s just say it’s retired.
The Baton 4 isn’t just a flashlight. It’s become my companion, my tool, and a part of my everyday carry. I’m grateful I found Olight—and excited for what comes next.
