My first exposure to Olight was a post on Red Flag Deals around Black Friday 2019 regarding free lights for new & existing customers.. Unfortunately, there was a lot of negative noise in that thread because the shipping fee had been raised from $5 to $10.  This confused me, and I chose not to bite the bullet.  In retrospect, I wish that I had picked up an i3E at that time.

Jump forward a year to the 2020 Black Friday Sale.  This time I bit the bullet on an i1R2 (as did my wife).  I also bought a red S1R2 that was sale priced on amazon.ca that weekend.

Since then I've bought a bunch of Olight items both from amazon, and the olight store website.  I have also started a couple of threads on Red Flag Deals (including one for the current sale).

My favourites are the i3E and the i3T lights.  I nearly always have one in my pocket.  Very useful in dark closets and cupboards around the house.

What's next?  I don't know.  Olight seems to be adding new lights and accessories every month.  Some are interesting to me, and others aren't. But I will come and get what I need always.
