The apple of my i3t!
My i3t never leaves my side. Literally! The only time it leaves my side is when it's in my hand. It goes with me everyday, everywhere. Same with my O-pen! If I'm at work it's the O-pen pro, if I'm out on the town, it's the O-pen 2! Yesterday night, 19th of September I'm setting up fireworks on my dad's acreage for a celebration of life. I go to pull my trusty i3t out of my holster and the power switch pops off. It's pitch black out, so in order to figure out what happened I pull out my O-pen pro to see! Turns out I loved it so much and used it so often, it gave up the ghost. But not to worry! Olight Nick to the rescue! I contacted him and asked him whether it would be under warranty and he didn't even question it. Just told me another one was on route to me! Just one of the many reasons all lights customer service is out of this world!
