  As a professional aircraft mechanic and inspector, I use several forms of portable lighting all day, everyday to complete my job.  I also repair vehicles on the side.  

  I have found the Olight Swivel Pro Max to be an excellent solution for lighting a wider area than my flashlight and /or headlamp while working on certain jobs.  The light is bright and powerful.  The hook and repositionable base is very useful for proper positioning of the light while working on aircraft, where there is not always a ferrous metal surface available to allow for use of the magnet.  
  
When working on vehicles, where there is ferrous metal everywhere, the magnet is fantastic; its very strong. The magnet is perfect for attaching the Swivel Pro Max to the underside of the hood while working on  an engine.
